About the service
Stock Tracker provides tools to organize watchlists, display persisted market information, calculate selected historical analytics, configure informational alerts, and send configured notifications.
The service is not designed or described as continuously available. Features and data depend on the application and the services it uses.
Informational purpose only
The service provides informational tools only. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice and does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any instrument.
Users remain responsible for their decisions and for independently verifying information that matters to them.
No brokerage or transaction execution
Stock Tracker does not open brokerage accounts, execute orders, hold assets, or transfer funds. It is not a brokerage service or a transaction platform.
Account and access
Authenticated features depend on the configured identity provider. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their sign-in method.
Access may be restricted when an account is disabled or an identity is not authorized. No password policy is created by these terms.
Watchlists and stored configuration
Watchlists and alert configurations are organizational tools. Including an instrument does not establish ownership, endorsement, or a recommendation.
Removing a position may preserve durable records according to the product lifecycle. Disabled and archived alert rules may remain stored for operational and historical purposes.
Market information and analytics
Market information may be delayed, incomplete, stale, inaccurate, corrected, or unavailable. Provider coverage varies, supported instrument and market coverage is limited, and important information should be verified through authoritative sources.
SMA-50 and SMA-200 use eligible stored daily observations. Missing history can make a metric unavailable. Available-History High is calculated from the eligible history currently stored and available to the application; it is not necessarily the instrument's lifetime, listing, or true all-time high.
Adjusted and unadjusted price bases may differ, and corporate actions may affect comparisons.
Alerts and notifications
Alerts depend on persisted quotes, analytics, configured rules, scheduler execution, and a working notification channel. Alerts and Telegram notifications may be delayed, duplicated, suppressed, rate limited, or not delivered.
Cooldown and edge-trigger behavior may suppress repeated messages. Users should not rely on alerts for time-sensitive trading, emergency action, or loss prevention.
Acceptable use
Users must use the service lawfully and respect the boundaries of the application and its providers.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not interfere with operation.
- Do not misuse provider data.
- Do not attempt to extract secrets.
Availability, changes, and third-party services
Features, supported providers, and supported instruments may change. The service may be unavailable for maintenance or operational failure, and no uninterrupted availability guarantee is provided.
The application may depend on an identity provider, market-data providers, and Telegram for notifications. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer and limitation boundary
The service is provided on an as-available informational basis. No guarantee is made regarding completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or availability.
Users should not rely on the service as the sole basis for financial decisions. Applicable legal rights are not intentionally limited beyond what law permits.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The published version and effective date identify the current text. No acceptance-tracking mechanism is implemented by this task.
